Applicant Statement:

I understand that all facilities are monitored with video surveillance equipment and that I will be recorded
while on this property. I hereby give Racer Classic Investments, LLC authorization to use any such
recordings during my performance reviews, training and incident investigation.

I understand that Racer Classic Investments, LLC is a drug free environment and that I will be required to
pass a drug urine test at random or upon any accident/incident.

I understand that Racer Classic Investments, LLC reports all new hires to the State and is required to
withhold Child Support if applicable.

I understand that Racer Classic Investments, LLC does not permit employees to accept tips or other
forms of compensation from customers. All tip money is to be turned in to Management.
